FRNT Financial Announces Adoption of Semi-Annual Reporting

FRNT Financial Inc. has confirmed that it will shift from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting, relying on Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, which allows eligible venture issuers to make the change voluntarily.

The company, listed on the TSXV under the symbol FRNT and also trading on the OTCQB and Frankfurt exchanges, said the decision reflects its eligibility under the blanket order. The relief permits certain venture issuers to step away from the standard quarterly reporting cycle and file financial results twice a year instead.

FRNT said it has determined that it meets the conditions set out in the order and will follow the semi-annual schedule going forward. The move is expected to reduce the administrative burden associated with preparing and filing quarterly statements, while still keeping investors informed through regular half-year disclosures.

The company did not indicate any change to its broader disclosure practices beyond the reporting frequency. Shareholders and other interested parties will continue to receive financial updates on the revised timeline, with the next reporting period to follow the semi-annual format.

The shift places FRNT among a growing number of venture issuers choosing the streamlined approach permitted under the coordinated relief.
