French biotech firm OSE Immunotherapeutics has announced a flexible bridge equity financing arrangement, marking the first step in a broader global financing strategy. The company is currently engaging with institutional investors in both the United States and Europe to support the initiative.
Based on the current share price, the gross proceeds from this financing could reach approximately 19.3 million euros over a 24-month period. The company expects this capital to extend its cash runway through to the end of December 2026.
As part of the updated financial timeline, OSE Immunotherapeutics has rescheduled the filing of its 2025 Universal Registration Document. The document, which will now include details of this financing, is expected to be filed on June 3, 2026.
The announcement was made by the company, which is headquartered in Nantes, France, on May 28, 2026. OSE Immunotherapeutics is listed on the Euronext Paris market.
