Ísfélag hf., which owns a 29.3% stake in Austur Holding AS, has confirmed its involvement in financing Austur’s subscription for a share capital increase of Kaldvik AS. This decision follows the approval granted during an extraordinary general meeting held by Kaldvik AS on June 19, 2025.
Kaldvik AS, which is publicly traded on both the Nasdaq First North Growth Market and Euronext Growth in Oslo, had previously announced on June 5, 2025, the successful completion of a private placement involving 38,011,500 new shares. This capital increase is aimed at bolstering the company’s financial position and supporting its growth initiatives.
